RV DEV LLC 100% Guarantee enables Buyer to return item/s for a full refund of the purchase price if the product/s was not significantly accurately described and represented. Buyer must directly notify RV DEV LLC in writing within three (3) days of receiving the product but no longer than ten (10) days after sale date to initiate the return process. Purchased product must not be put to work or altered, and must not be used more than to verify the condition of the equipment and not more than 3 hours of use or 50 miles from reading at time of sale. In the event of an authorized return, the buyer is NOT responsible for all shipping, handling and freight charges. Due to the nature of our consignment business, partial refunds are not given.
